Healthy Child Healthy World Presents: Creating Healthy Environments for Children

There are an estimated 80,000 chemicals registered for use in common, everyday products, most of which have not been tested for their health effects on children.

We don't really know what this may be doing to our children's health and ability to learn, but common sense tells us to act with precaution and prevent unnecessary exposure to chemicals in our environment. Come view a short video, featuring actress and mother, Amy Brenneman, along with leading pediatricians Dr. Philip Landigan and Dr. Alan Green. This program will provide parents, grandparents, teachers, administrators and child care providers with easy and effective action steps to implement healthy environments for children at home, in school and in child care centers.
