Return Policy:
There are times when items will need to be returned due to poor fit or an unwanted garment. If you need assistance in finding a replacement item for the one you are returning, please e-mail us for assistance.

For all returns, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Clean, unlaundered items are returnable within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. After 14 days, items may be returned for store credit or exchange only*. Items older than 60 days may be denied return at the sole discretion of A Mother's Boutique. *Sale items may be returned or exchanged for 14 days ONLY. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items after 14 days. After 14 days from the date of purchase, non sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • All items to be returned must have original hang tags attached and must be in unworn, unwashed, saleable condition. Due to health reasons, returns will not be accepted if the product is washed, worn or missing the original hang tags.

  • All items returned must be in their original packaging. Any returns without original packaging will be charged a $5 per item restocking fee.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded. The actual shipping charges will be deducted from the product refund if items were shipped for free.

  • Please be careful to avoid deodorant stains and leakage stains as we cannot accept returns on stained items.

  • Please be careful to avoid handling the garments around items with strong smells e.g. cigarette smoke, kitchen areas while cooking, while wearing perfume, etc. Items returned that have been exposed to these smells are not resalable and will not be accepted for return.

  • • Personal use or sterile pack items may not be returned unless defective. This includes all breast pump parts and nursing accessories (such as breast pads and nipple shields). Defective breast pumps must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Breast pumps may be returned as long as the seal on the package has not been broken and the package has not been opened.

  • All Bras and Bathing Suits/Swim Suits must be tried on with undergarments on underneath them in order to be eligible for return. Any items with stains, sweat marks, leakage marks or deoderant marks are not eligible for return.
  • NOTE: For hygienic reasons, Undergarments/Panties are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be sure to order the correct size as they can not be exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Please note that many bras are meant to be hand washed. We cannot be responsible for damage to bras that have been machine washed or dried when instructed otherwise.

  • Please include a copy of the original receipt with returns and exchanges. Without a copy of the receipt, a store credit will be issued. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid.

  • Items that do not meet the requirements for a return will be sent back to the sender at the senders expense.

  • NOTE: Due to bank processing time, it may take up to two billing cycles for your return to appear on your statement.

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to addresses within the State of PENNSYLVANIA will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

Order Confirmation:
After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number.

Gift Wrap
Gift wrapping options are available for most items. Where gift wrap is not available, a note will be posted on the product page. An email will be sent to indicate any other choices that may not be able to be gift-wrapped. All items in a single order will be wrapped together into one package unless requested to package them separately. To request separate packaging, please place instructions into the comments box of the checkout screen. Additional charges may apply for separate packaging. You will be sent an email indicating these charges prior to shipment. There are three choices for gift wrap. Shipping Guidelines:
A Mother’s Boutique offers three different shipment options for your convenience. Ground shipping (takes 3-7 business days for domestic shipments), Priority Mail shipping (takes 1-4 business days for domestic shipments) and Express Mail shipping (takes 1-2 business days for domestic shipments). International shipments have these same three options, but the time for delivery is generally longer than with domestic shipments. A Mother's Boutique generally charges a flat rate of $6.95 for ground shipping within the United States, although light weight items (bras, accessories and some tops) ship for only $3.75. Actual shipping fees are calculated at checkout prior to submitting payment so you can see what your actual shipping fees will be before placing your order. STANDARD DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $60 WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY SHIPPING FEES if the ground shipment option is selected. *Free shipping only includes items shipped using the "ground" method within the Continental United States. This offer extends to Most products (excluding Moboleez hats and Cuddoozle Breastfeeding Pillows). Ground shipping may be provided by either the USPS or FedEx at the sole discretion of A Mother's Boutique. Priority Mail shipping options are also available. Rates for domestic shipments start at $5.95 and increase based on the weight and quantity of the items being shipped. Rates are automatically calculated at check-out. Please choose this option if you would like to receive your package quickly without having to pay Express Mail Rates.

Ground Shipping Rates to Canada start at $17.95 for standard orders and and go up based on weight. Priority Mail rates start at $28.00 depending on the quantity and weight of items ordered.

A Mother’s Boutique generally ships orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Express Mail shipments are available by choosing the express mailing shipping option at check out. The express mail rates** are listed below. NOTE: Express Mail delivery is only guaranteed in 1-2 business days for US packages. All other countries will take 5-10 business days and estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. If you live outside of the United States and you would like to receive 1-2 day shipping, please e-mail us for rates or put a note in the comments section of your order. You will receive an email with the estimated shipping charges which you will need to approve prior to shipment.

**Heavy items incur additional charges (e.g. breast pumps). A customer may request other shipping options by calling (724) 934-8795. A Mother’s Boutique will gladly try to accommodate all other shipping requests.

All in stock items are shipped within 1 business day from our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse if placed Monday – Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. If an item is not in stock an e-mail will be sent with the anticipated ship date. If an alternate color is available, an e-mail will be sent offering the client the choice of immediate shipping on the alternate color or waiting for the backordered item in the original color. When promotional codes, coupons or free shipping are utilized, A Mother's Boutique reserves the right to delay shipments of instock items to wait for backordered items and minimize the number of shipments.

All non-US shipments are sent via USPS International or FedEx International. Please be aware that all International shipments must have a street address as we can not ship to a PO Box. Goods delivered overseas may incur additional tax, customs or brokerage fees. These fees are NOT included in the shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive your shipment.

If an item is on backorder, A Mother’s Boutique will ship all other items that are in stock. Once the backordered item is received, we will complete the order with a follow up shipment. For domestic ground shipments, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost approved by the submission of their credit card at the time of ordering, and will not be charged any fees for the follow up shipment. Express Mail packages, Priority Mail packages and international shipments will be charged a fee for the 2nd shipment. The customer will be given the choice of waiting to receive their entire package when the backordered items are available and only paying one shipping fee, or being charged for multiple shipments.

A Mother’s Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to backorders or the unavailability of an item. We also reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain destinations, if we deem that destination to be an insecure shipping area.
