How do I measure myself for a bra?
Put on your best-fitting bra, find a tape measure and relax.
Measure around your body under your breasts--not too tight, not too loose.
Round off the number to the nearest whole inch and add 5" to this number. If this is an odd number, go to the next highest even number. This is your band size.
Measure around your body at the fullest part of your breast--not too tight and not too loose.
Round the number off to the nearest whole inch. Subtract the band size from this measurement.
If the difference is 1", you are an A cup
If the difference is 2", you are a B cup
If the difference is 3", you are a C cup
If the difference is 4", you are a D cup
If the difference is 5", you are an E cup
If the difference is 6", you are an F cup
Use this as a guide as different bras can fit differently.
